WCS - David will move forward with our letter to the members of the
finance committee and Dayle Dorian and the other towns in the PVRSD (he
will make a cover letter)

Jack - any luck contacting Tracy Kirley as liaison to WCS?

Steve - any luck summarizing the work done on the generator for
posterity??

Steve - report on conversation with Cara Cleveland - re - computers.

Balance of the $10K appropriated for audit ($5k) was intended to pay for
an "operator's manual", but maybe this should wait 'till after changes
are made to the heating/ventilation system.

Can we use these funds to document energy use past & future - via a
professional auditor?

Town Hall - hot water ran out during pizza night.

See resolution options from Dec 20 minutes....first, insulate the pipes
from the tank to the sinks with good quality insulation.

Fire Dept - Janice scored bulk materials for a winsert workshop. Ron
Gates has yet to set the date. Dan will post on the "L" for the public
to come help & learn.

New Safety Building - Dan will follow up on Janice's request to Ron for
bldg. plans or sketches so we can run some numbers for projected energy
use and figure out how else we can help.
