Town Hall repair list as of Feb 2010

roof replace/repair before solar system installation

east & south chimney needs blocking on top

front door closure may still need attention. also needs weather-sealing

outside door in the kitchen needs a new sweep and some attention to rust

gable vent in attic needs to be rebuilt with screen/louvers 

elec. box in attic over hall light needs to be closed

make list & repair missing exterior clapboards and rotted sections

concrete repair for bulkhead and window wells

seal the furnace ducts in the basement with mastic & tape as needed

kitchen chimney -  chimney should be parged - need mtrl & bonding agent
for 40 sq ft at  " thick (buy at Shanahans') have sheet rock screws,
joint compound, and masking tape

make and install more winserts for the main hall and backstage
