STILLwaiting for shed to be built. Kevin Smith will provide technical

Will WBEC as intervener in FERC/NED pipeline project?
Will WBEC write letter of support to CLF (Conservation Law Foundation),
Mass Energy, and 3 teenagers in their upcoming legal case before the
Mass Supreme court regarding requirements on emission levels to meet the
MA Global Warming Solutions Act of 2008?
