Mtg called to order @6:25 PM
Members present: Janice Kurkoski, chair, Jack Cadwell, Dan Dibble, Mary
Humphries, Steve Kurkoski

Minutes of last meeting approved

Discussed compliments from users of the Town Hall, since weatherization:
it is easier to warm the Town Hall and it stays comfortable much longer.
Asked if "Green Community" signs have been put up - "yes". 
How to raise awareness of what "Green Community" means.
Discussed "Green Corner" submissions.
Another Infrared Camera workshop suggested, DD will pursue possibility
of TCCW sponsoring at the Chapel.

WEATHERIZATION PROJECTS

All "Green Communities Grant" projects for weatherization are
essentially finished except for a final blower-door test on Library.

Brief discussion of punch list for further weatherization beyond scope
of "Green Communities", mostly at the library.

Discussed $50,000. left in initial "Green Communities" funds. Eligible
projects must be completed by end of Feb. 2017. Questions raised about
what work is eligible, what is the process, who will be the contact
person?
JK will try to answer these questions in coming weeks.
