Draft Meeting Minutes: November 9, 2010

Meeting called to order 6:38
Attending: Janice Kurkoski, Steve Kurkoski, Jim Toth, Jack Cadwell, Dan Dibble 

Minutes for October have been accepted.

TOWN HALL

Solar system - Some preliminary wiring has been installed in the
building. BPVS is still on schedule to complete the installation the
fourth week of November. It looks like we will get six modules.

WARWICK COMMUNITY  SCHOOL

Building performance audit - Jim has not heard from My Cozy Home and
Beyond Green. Our committee has no deadline for this project as of now.
However we should keep in mind the Warwick budget cycle.
If we have the audit results by the end of school holiday vacation we
may be able to get some work done this school year. Janice will stay on
top of this issue. The next step is for David to coordinate a walk
through of the school with Steve Field, Nate (the custodian), and Keith
Abbott - the only contractor to answer the RFQ so far.
The issue of Warwick paying capital expenses and the entire district
sharing in the savings still needs to be explored.

Data Loggers - Jack and Steve will install the temperature data loggers
in November.
We talked about how to secure the loggers at the school. The ideas that
came up are as follows; 
Let the teachers know where they are, what they do and why we are using them
Install them in some kind of a secure box
Hang them from the ceiling out of harm's way

MISCELLANEOUS 
For the record Jim and Dan are up to date on being sworn in to be
committee members.
